He currently holds application development and software engineering roles at a global visual communications services & solutions provider, while at the same time manages the history website, World War II Database.
Pete received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Rutgers University.

Software Engineer
Pete has professional experience in corporate and higher education environments, working with a wide range of things which include, but not limited to, object oriented programming, relational database design, and Windows server administration. Specific technologies he has used professionally include Java, Apache/Tomcat, Eclipse, ASP, IIS, Visual Studio, PL/SQL, and Oracle database. He also has consulting experience with an educational services firm and web design/technology consulting experience with several small businesses. Pete began to publish some of his code samples at http://dev-notes.com in spring 2008.
Historian
Pete founded the history website World War II Database in late 2004 and continues to perform research, content writing, content editing, and manage sponsors. In addition, he developed of a custom photo gallery in PHP with a MySQL database backend and achieved excellent Google ranking scores for the website through continuous search engine optimization (SEO).
